Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
Gift baskets may be eligible for a refund if they meet certain criteria. These criteria include:
- The gift basket is returned within a specified timeframe, often within 30 days of purchase.
- The gift basket is in its original, unopened packaging.
- The gift basket is in a resellable condition, with no damage or signs of use.
Refund Methods:
- Refunds will be issued via one of the following:
- Refunding the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc).
- Providing store credit or a gift card for future purchases.
- Offering exchanges for a different gift basket of equal or lesser value.
Return Shipping: Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items: If baskets are damaged, we will replace or refund such items without additional charges.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take a few business days to process after the returned item is received.
